External Auditors
The company has always appointed an external auditor who clearly demonstrates quality and independence. The company's current external auditor, KPMG, was appointed for the 2006 to 2012 financial year audits.
Satara requires its external auditor to attend the Annual Shareholder Meeting and be available to answer shareholder questions about the conduct of the audit and the auditor’s report.
