Financial Reporting
The Satara Board has committed itself to provide relevant, accurate information to shareholders on a timely basis and has adopted policies and procedures designed to ensure that the group’s financial reports are true and fair and provide all material information necessary to understand the group’s financial performance.
The Company Secretary has been nominated as the person responsible for communications with the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX). This role includes responsibility for ensuring compliance with the continuous disclosure requirements in the NZX listing rules, and overseeing and co-ordinating information disclosure to the NZX, analysts, shareholders, the media and the public.
